1. REMAX (GTA - Greater Toronto Area) - exclusive to RE/MAX Hallmark agents for Assignments! (largest RE/MAX brokerage in Canada with over 800 agents in the GTA!)

2. REMAX.ca (Canada) - exclusive to RE/MAX agents for Assignments! THIS IS A KEY MARKETING ADVANTAGE IN LISTING WITH ME!

Note: REMAX.ca gets more visits per day by far than any other real estate website in Canada including Realtor.ca. Our nearest competitor gets less than half of our visits.

Also note:  Realtor.ca is NOT AVAILABLE for assignment/exclusive sales. Assignment listings can NOT be put on MLS !  Builders will not allow it and you risk breach of Agreement if you do this!

RE/MAX websites carry all MLS listings authorized for public/internet exposure by the listing brokerages (90%) plus RE/MAX Exclusives like your Assignment Listing. Only RE/MAX agents can post exclusives on these websites.

RE/MAX has more visitors to their websites than any other public website including Realtor.ca

3. Kijiji - free for a basic ad but requires payments to keep your property featured and I create a YouTube video and place it here.

4. PropertyWorld - international exposure with unlimited photos. I use the YouTube video here and a minimum of 20 pictures (I scrap these off the builder’s websites and other sources).


 

5. Prop2Go  - international exposure for your listing with large numbers of condo buyers visiting daily.

 

6. My Assignment Website - this website.  Goggle the words "Condo Assignment" and see who is near the top of the first page every time! That's how many of my new clients find me and that's how buyer's interested in buying an assignment condo can find your condo.  

  • Here are the Google search results to save you time. As you can see my website (and your listing) appears near the top of the Google search results page. And note this is without specifying “Toronto” and there are about 1/2 million other responses. First page exposure is great exposure for you.
     

 

7. Social Media -  I use my business page on Facebook (Dennis Paradis - Toronto and GTA Real Estate Resources) to promote your listing – with pictures and YouTube videos as appropriate.

  3. Staging - provide $200 incentive for you to stage your unit (paid on successful sale).
